Our team are experienced in pre-construction drafting, feasability and the local building approval process. We love the challenge of designing a structure to suit your needs. With an in house draftsman we can provide fully engineered drawings and professional advice to ensure the design and features of the building suit our Kimberley climate. Depending on the type of building you may require soil testing, bushfire assessments, commissioning or occupancy permits. Our professional team can guide you through the entire process from concept, to construction, to certification and handover of the keys.

Asbestos Testing & Removal
Kimberley Green Constructions are licensed (WARA141) to safely remove non - fibrous asbestos. If you are unsure if your property contains asbestos, we can conduct testing to confirm the extent and type.
Our qualified removalists act in accordance with the most up to date Occupational Health and Safety regulations to ensure the risk is controlled. We can provide Asbestos Clearance Certificates to document the asbestos status of the property if required.
Renovations
Renovating or refurbishing is an exciting way to add value to your property. Often clients renovate an older property they have purchased, before selling a property, to achieve higher rental returns or purely to enjoy for themselves.
Common commercial renovations can include updating the arrival or reception area, adding workstations or extending the building or workshop. We can provide a complete service when renovating ensuring your electrical, lighting and cooling services are updated to suit the new space.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
Kitchens and bathrooms are two of the most highly refurbished areas of a property. The team at Kimberley Green have refurbished hundreds of properties across the Kimberley and can provide advice when choosing the best products and finishes. By partnering with local suppliers, you can view and compare most products in person, or ask us for a recommendation. We can include items like appliances or you can provide your own to be fitted.
We can also assist with bathrooms modifications to reduce slips, trips and falls for older generations. Along with modifications to comply with national disability standards and wheelchair access.
